Q1.How long does it take for my order to ship? How long does delivery take? We typically process and ship orders within 1 business day of order confirmation. Orders within the U.S. usually arrive in about 4 business days, while orders to certain remote areas may take 6–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier operations, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Q2. Where are your products shipped from? Our main fulfillment centers are located in the United States and Canada. We typically select the most appropriate fulfillment center based on your shipping address and product availability to ensure efficient shipping.
Q3. Why hasn’t my tracking information been updated? Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours of shipment. During holidays, peak shipping seasons, or when carriers experience processing delays, updates may take longer than usual. Ingbic CPAP Mask is exceptionally quiet and lightweight with dual-wall nasal pillows adapt naturally to movement during sleep to maintain a secure fit. Ingbic QuickFit auto-adjusting headgear provides gentle stability with minimal facial contact.

EXCEPTIONALLY QUIET
Ingbic QuietAir woven-mesh venting eliminates the traditional "exhalation holes" found in most masks. With QuietAir woven-mesh air is gently and noiselessly dispersed away from you and your bed partner. In fact, the AirFit P10 is about 50% quieter than ResMed's previous nasal pillow masks at just 21.4 dBA.

DUAL-WALL NASAL PILLOWS
The Ingbic Nasal Pillows feature a soft outer wall for comfort and a secure inner wall for support. Ingbic nasal pillows rest on an integrated air chamber, with trampoline action, that adapts to your natural movements during sleep providing a soft, and secure seal even for the most active sleepers. Each of the AirFit's three pillow sizes features a different color ring for easy identification: Small (clear), Medium (gray) and Large (blue). In addition Extra Small pillows with a pink color ring are available separately for people with smaller nostrils.

QUICK FIT AUTO-ADJUSTING HEADGEAR
Ingbic unique QuickFit headgear, with split-strap design, slips on and off easily and adjusts simply to your perfect fit. For looser headgear spread the back straps apart; and for tighter headgear bring them together. Use the included inline headgear clip for fine adjustments. Ingbic warp-knitted nylon straps -- in gray with blue highlights -- are unobtrusive and elasticated gently stabilizing the mask and pulling the pillows softly into place.

INTEGRATED FLEXI-TUBE
The Ingbic includes an integrated, lightweight flexible short tube that extends off of the mask frame -- stretching and bending to increase flexibility while maintaining seal and stability. It is designed to accommodate a wide range of sleeping positions comfortably without mask drag or catching.

Made with just three essential components—nasal pillows, headgear, and a mask frame with an integrated short tube—the Ingbic nasal pillow mask is approximately 50% lighter than previous Ingbic nasal pillow mask designs.
