Return Policy Overview

Because our products are medical devices and health-related items, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in cases of confirmed quality issues.

We cannot accept returns for:

If the product has no quality issue, it is strictly non-returnable.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.

If the outer packaging is severely damaged, visibly opened, or heavily deformed, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
