In accordance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, certain products sold on this website (including CPAP and BiLevel machines, CPAP masks, humidifiers, and oxygen concentrators) require a valid prescription, except for specific models that are classified as non-prescription. Many other products—such as headgear, tubing, filters, mask parts, machine parts, comfort accessories, and other consumables—do not require a prescription.
How do I know if my order requires a prescription?
If any item in your order requires a prescription, our shopping cart will notify you and prompt you to choose how you would like to provide it.
If your order requires a prescription and we do not already have one on file, we will contact you to request it and assist you with obtaining it if needed.
If we do not receive your prescription within 30 days, your order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded.

Once we receive your prescription, we will securely store it in our records, so you will not need to submit a new copy each time you place an order.
